Strengthening Vigilance Against Drug Abuse
As part of the public resistance activities against drug abuse, the Koratty Grama Panchayat-level 'Toofan Jagaran' program under 'Operation Toofan 2.0 - The Narco Hunt' has officially begun. The program, held at the Koratty Grama Panchayat Conference Hall, was inaugurated by Grama Panchayat President Smt. Leela Subramanian.
Operation Toofan 2.0 aims to strengthen anti-drug activities at the local level and ensure public participation. Along with preventing drug use, the project focuses on boosting vigilance and social interventions against drug supply networks. The event featured the hoisting of the Toofan flag and the taking of the Toofan pledge. Through the 'Toofan Jagaran' message, the initiative aims to extend anti-drug awareness to every household and all sections of society.

Koratty Grama Panchayat Vice President Mr. Joby Emmanuel delivered the welcome speech. Development Standing Committee Chairperson Smt. Gracy Skaria, Welfare Standing Committee Chairman Mr. Finso Thankachan, and Panchayat Members Mr. Jayaraj K.C. and Mr. Suresh K.A. offered felicitations. Assistant Secretary In-Charge Smt.
